Despite Corona, it continues in a friendly and service-oriented manner. Gladly again?

Unfortunately I also had the dry marble cake .. Really not good compared to the rest and the PSL problems this year are not funny either. After a few days no one there: "comes Monday". Next monday, ne comes next monday .. Update: Starbuckscard is no longer accepted !! Great if you still have 30 € credit and 2 free drinks

Unfriendly store manager. Unprofessional and no sense of situations. People with a medical certificate are not obliged to show it to an employee. Anyone who does not know that is unsuitable for this job!

Nice advice Top quality and I like to spend a little more on it. Always top offers with the Starbucks Card.

I know a lot of Starbucks stores, but this wasn't my cup of tea at all. The employee was nice but the room itself didn't invite you to linger. But it is also due to the requirements due to the pandemic.

Totally bad and unfriendly service that is not able to work properly (Saturday 5.9.2020 15:00) and it was not full!

I am angry !!! I have a chronic nose disease and because of that I can not wear a face mask because I can only wear it through the! MOUTH! Can breathe, but it happened that I was simply complained from the beginning that I shouldn't be allowed in although I have a medical certificate that certifies that I am exempt from the mouth protection. Sure I can understand it, everyone has their own house rights and can decide whether they are allowed to get in but so badly and not even give me the chance to explain it, I find it unprofessional and just not correct !! Unfortunately you lost a customer for many years, too bad !!

This branch is located about 10-15 minutes away from the train station (by foot). Friendly staff, always one of my favorites!

Clean, tidy and nice service. The coffee with milk was only lukewarm. Hence a star deduction.

Drinks and food like everywhere at Starbucks. You have to find your favorites. The prices are part of the brand, but still too expensive. Service here friendly and quick. The store just uncomfortable. Doesn't invite you to stick around for a second drink.

Centrally located in Kiel. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately a bit more expensive .... but delicious

The whole order just got messy when they had to talk coffee. Got paid eventually, but then I had to rave about everything I had ordered. They were put out of speaking English, they apologized when I asked where my coffee was and they forgot the plate of the cake pieces, were served on a napkin.

This Starbucks is a bit sparsely furnished, it was not comfortable. However, the cashier was not very friendly (Sunday mornings) and the coffee is just as expensive and good as other Starbucks outlets. Positive I noticed the toilet, it was very clean and spacious.

Parking: right in the city center, so parking only on the Exer o.ä. possible. Business: Disabled-friendly walk-in access. No automatic door, assistance needed. Toilet not checked! Beautifully designed, couch-like seating, nicely decorated. Outdoor facilities now not available in winter. The overall impression better than the old location on the Berliner Platz in this triangular construction. Staff: Very friendly and nice, seems to enjoy working. You feel absolutely welcome. WLAN: On February 7, 2019 no Starbucks Wi-Fi available. Mobile reception of D1 and D2 at 3 out of 5 bars. I only tested the filter coffee, nice and hot.

I really love the new location and design. The crew is, as always, wonderful. ❤
